About The Position

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Utilize appropriate hand tools for the preparation of liner placement. Assist with panel deployment. Cleans, marks, and preps liner for seaming or welding. Ability to follow written procedures to ensure correct material requirements. Assist with loading and unloading equipment. Will work outside in the elements (hot, cold, wet). Maintain a safe work environment. Follow established safety and ergonomic standards. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Aptitude to learn installation procedures. Is self-motivated and can work with minimal supervision. Ability to efficiently work at a fast pace. Strong attention to detail. Ability to operate installation tools (power tools, crimpers, strippers, etc.). Ability to troubleshoot and/or problem-solve. Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership staff. Good eye/hand coordination. Ability to stand for long periods. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS: Physical Requirements: Required to sit, stand, walk, bend, and reach. Position may occasionally require entering a production environment, including exposure to noise, fumes, moving machinery, and varied temperatures.
