Your First 12 Weeks: A Paid Investment in Your Success Every technician begins in our Foundation Phase. This is a structured 12-week development program where you are: Paid to train Exposed to every major job type we perform Taught in both classroom and field settings Certified through our internal technical curriculum Trained to operate under the Barranco Standard If you’re new to the trade, this is your entry into a technical career. If you’re experienced, this ensures alignment to how we execute — safely, professionally, and consistently across every market we serve. This is not orientation. It is a paid technical education process. The Tech Ladder: Performance Drives Pay We operate on a defined advancement ladder: Technician I ? Technician II ? Technician III Scaling the ladder means scaling your pay. Advancement is directly tied to: Skill validation Safety performance Technical competency Field readiness Most entrants into the program become Tech III Certified Technicians in less than 14 months. If you move quickly, your pay moves quickly. There are clear gates. Clear expectations. No guesswork. Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening (where permitted by law)
  • Ability to travel for extended multi-week rotations
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
  • Comfortable working on ladders and around commercial equipment
  • Ability to work in active retail and restaurant environments
  • Willingness to travel consistently as part of structured deployment schedules
  • Ability to work flexible hours based on project demands
  • Commitment to completing OSHA 10 within first 30 days
  • Willingness to complete the 12-week Foundation Phase in full

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in refrigeration, HVAC, beverage systems, or food equipment
  • Mechanical aptitude or prior trade exposure
  • Basic electrical knowledge
  • EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Previous travel-based field service experience
