Your First 12 Weeks: A Paid Investment in Your Success Every technician begins in our Foundation Phase. This is a structured 12-week development program where you are: Paid to train Exposed to every major job type we perform Taught in both classroom and field settings Certified through our internal technical curriculum Trained to operate under the Barranco Standard If you’re new to the trade, this is your entry into a technical career. If you’re experienced, this ensures alignment to how we execute — safely, professionally, and consistently across every market we serve. This is not orientation. It is a paid technical education process. The Tech Ladder: Performance Drives Pay We operate on a defined advancement ladder: Technician I ? Technician II ? Technician III Scaling the ladder means scaling your pay. Advancement is directly tied to: Skill validation Safety performance Technical competency Field readiness Most entrants into the program become Tech III Certified Technicians in less than 14 months.
