About The Position
Pinnacle Telecom Group, LLC is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Field Technicians in the telecommunications industry. This part-time position is ideal for those looking to maximize their time utilization in a financially beneficial manner while working independently across various sites. The role involves daily fieldwork in Brooklyn, NY, and the surrounding five boroughs, where you will be responsible for conducting detailed RF Compliance Surveys and hanging specific signage as per FCC regulations. As a Field Technician, you will be trained to perform site audits, ensuring that all signage is hung correctly and that data collected reflects compliance with established guidelines. You will need to take accurate photographs of cell sites and signage, demonstrating a keen attention to detail. This position requires a positive attitude and a willingness to continually improve your skills and processes. Importantly, no climbing is required for this role, making it accessible to a wider range of candidates. The ideal candidate will be able to efficiently navigate sites, communicate effectively with team members, and produce comprehensive field reports that include photographs, emails, and updates to Excel reports. Training will be provided, and while no prior experience is necessary, any knowledge of telecommunications will be considered a plus.
