We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to assist with providing technical support to healthcare personnel, including doctors, nurses, and administrative staff, during the build-out of new hospital facilities. Role Overview The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality customer service and technical assistance, focusing on tasks such as: Adding user groups Adding printers Resetting passwords Re-imaging laptops Providing basic in-person support Responsibilities Unbox and set up monitors, printers, and PCs Install and configure workstations Break down pallets and boxes Assist users with installations and troubleshooting Perform network logins and map network drives/printers Swap and install hardware components Test and configure VoIP phones Support imaging and deployment of devices
