About The Position

The Field Office Deskside Technician Lead oversees IT Services at Field Offices within Mission and Site Support Services under the Service Delivery Line of Business, directing teams to deliver comprehensive end-user support through MACD (Move, Add, Change, Delete) actions, proactive environment assessments, and responsive break/fix services to ensure mission continuity. This role manages onsite troubleshooting and restoration of devices, coordinates with headquarters and stakeholders to align service delivery, and ensures reliability and efficiency across diverse IT environments. By combining strong leadership, technical expertise, and compliance alignment, the Technician Lead enhances productivity and guarantees resilient IT operations across all supported sites.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years experience performing deskside technical support roles or responsibilities
  • Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
