About The Position
As a Field Tech Sales Expert at Asurion, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and support to our customers in Columbia, SC. This full-time position offers a competitive base pay of $18.05 per hour, along with mileage reimbursement and a phone stipend. You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped sales commissions based on your performance, allowing you to maximize your earnings. The role involves traveling to customer locations to provide in-home technical support and sales of smart home products, ensuring that each customer receives the best possible experience with their technology. Your journey begins with comprehensive training that spans 3-4 weeks, focusing on customer service, technical problem-solving, and advanced selling techniques. We prioritize your success and provide you with the resources needed to excel in this role. As a Field Tech Sales Expert, you will be expected to build strong relationships with customers, upsell products, and meet sales goals while maintaining a high standard of service. In this position, you will be required to travel daily to various customer locations, which may involve navigating through heavy traffic and inclement weather. You will need a valid driver's license, a satisfactory driving record, and a personal vehicle for transportation. Comfort around pets and the ability to work during evening hours are also essential aspects of this role.
