This position is a business partner responsible for overseeing the Recruitment functions for Operations positions within a Zone/Region, including determining the most qualified applicants, analyzing turnover and hiring statistics, developing local community relationships with prospective talent pools (high schools, colleges, universities, Veteran groups, etc.) identifying current and new digital advertising channels and platforms to target talent, managing Talent Relationship Management tool usage to ensure customer and candidate points of influence are leveraged optimally, and controlling inbound and outbound Talent Acquisition expenses for the Zone/Region. Assumes additional duties as assigned.
