About The Position
Michelin is hiring! We are looking for a survey technician who has a passion for vehicles, working hands-on with test tires installed with several fleets. If you are adaptable and autonomous with a customer centricity approach, apply today and come join our team! You will be responsible to manage and perform tire evaluations in commercial fleet applications. Organize and coordinate the test plan to include collecting performance data, analyzing results, and reporting on the performance of evaluation tires to the tire design engineers and project managers. The ideal profile is a combination of tech and mechanical skills, comfortable interacting with customers and working in an autonomous environment with flexible schedule. The range of education and background of the people with whom the field technician interacts with is wide: from truck drivers and maintenance technicians, to management and executives in large corporations. To be successful in the role, you must be a self-starter who is able to plan and prioritize work activity by day, week and month: be a great teammate who knows when to ask for help.
