About The Position

As an award-winning leader in in-home senior care, we’re proud of the compassionate team that supports both our clients and caregivers every day. We are currently hiring 2nd Shift Field Support team members to support our Green Bay service area. This role is ideal for someone with a caregiving or healthcare background who thrives during afternoon and evening hours and enjoys being a trusted support for caregivers and clients. The Field Support role is a hands-on, relationship-driven position that plays a vital role during some of our busiest and most critical hours. You will provide in-the-field support, respond to urgent needs, and help ensure continuity and quality of care throughout the evening. This position blends leadership, problem-solving, and compassion—and is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and meaningful work.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2–3 years in caregiving, healthcare, or home care (CNA, HHA, or LPN experience preferred)
  • Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
  • Qualities: Compassionate, dependable, calm under pressure, and team-oriented
  • Flexibility: Comfortable working evenings and every other weekend
  • Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Nice To Haves

  • CNA, HHA, or LPN experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Caregiver Support: Provide on-site coaching, guidance, and encouragement
  • Client Support: Assist with new client start-of-care visits and evening check-ins
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor care plans and support client satisfaction
  • Problem-Solving: Respond to call-offs, emergencies, and urgent client needs
  • Training & Mentorship: Support caregivers with field training and skills refreshers
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between caregivers, clients, and office staff
  • Documentation: Accurately document field visits, coverage, and follow-ups
  • Compliance: Reinforce company policies, safety standards, and care expectations
