We are currently hiring a 1st Shift Field Support professional to join our Fond du Lac team. This role is ideal for someone with a caregiving or healthcare background who is ready to step into a leadership-focused position while staying connected to the field. The Field Support role serves as a critical link between caregivers, clients, and office leadership. You will provide hands-on support in the field, help maintain quality standards, and ensure both caregivers and clients feel supported, confident, and heard. This is a dynamic role that blends leadership, communication, and compassion—no two days are the same.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2–3 years in caregiving, healthcare, or home care (CNA, HHA, or LPN experience preferred)
  • Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
  • Qualities: Compassionate, organized, approachable, and team-oriented
  • Flexibility: Ability to work daytime hours and every other weekend
  • Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Nice To Haves

  • CNA, HHA, or LPN experience

Responsibilities

  • Caregiver Support: Provide in-field coaching, mentorship, and encouragement
  • Client Introductions: Attend new client start-of-care visits to ensure smooth transitions
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct check-ins, monitor care plans, and support client satisfaction
  • Training & Mentorship: Assist with caregiver orientation, field training, and skills refreshers
  • Problem-Solving: Step in to provide short-term coverage or support during urgent situations
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between caregivers, clients, and office staff
  • Documentation: Accurately document field visits, training, and follow-ups
  • Compliance: Reinforce company policies, safety standards, and best practices
