About The Position
As a Field Support Specialist at American First Finance (AFF) you will have the exciting opportunity to develop and hone your skills, trained by the some of the best in the business. You will be responsible for promoting American First Finance’s program(s) to current retail partners in your area under the guidance of a Senior Area Sales Representative. This position is designed for a self-starter with a high level of confidence in re-selling to our current partners. The solutions you promote will allow merchants to attract more customers to their business and increase their same store sales. The FSS will be an important part of successful utilization of the merchant and will help to provide education and training to the merchants as a key component of our ongoing relationship and the merchants’ continued successes. In your existing book of business, you will offer strategic advice to the business owner or manager to become a value-added resource to them for continued store growth. The FSS should be proficient in pre-planning, tracking activities, demonstrating ROI, and on-the-spot training to business owners and store employees. Out-of-the-box thinking and ability to effectively overcome obstacles. Deliver a first-class customer experience that represents AFF’s Core Values while ensuring merchant relationship profitability.
