About The Position

The Field Support Specialist (FSS) role is perfect for adaptable, service-oriented professionals who enjoy variety and making a real impact. In this dynamic position, you’ll support multiple client locations within your region, stepping in to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service whenever coverage is needed. Your ability to adapt quickly and provide reliable support helps maintain seamless business continuity and outstanding client experiences. As an FSS, you’ll gain hands-on experience in diverse office environments while developing a broad set of operational skills. You’ll contribute to a variety of services—including shipping and receiving, print and document production, facilities support, hospitality and reception services, data entry, scanning, and inventory management. With training across multiple sites, you’ll expand your knowledge, build strong professional relationships, and grow your career while making a meaningful difference every day.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 6+ months of related experience preferred
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to learn computer-based systems quickly
  • Professional appearance and adherence to company policies
  • Physical activity up to 50% of the workday
  • Lift up to 25 lbs independently and 50 lbs with assistance
  • Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, or sit for extended periods
  • Manual dexterity to operate office equipment and binding machines
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Travel between multiple sites within the assigned region
  • Occasional same-day travel between locations may occur

Responsibilities

  • Process inbound and outbound mail, packages, and accountable shipments.
  • Sort and distribute mail by recipient or department.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments and packaging.
  • Maintain accurate chain-of-custody procedures.
  • Provide copy, print, scanning, and document production support.
  • Monitor and maintain multifunction print devices.
  • Perform binding services (GBC, Velo, Coil, Wire).
  • Maintain paper, toner, and other supplies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized Office Services Center.
  • Support pantry, kitchen, conference rooms, and meeting spaces.
  • Monitor and restock office supplies.
  • Assist with general office maintenance and inventory tracking.
  • Provide reception coverage when needed.
  • Greet guests, manage visitor registration, and notify hosts.
  • Coordinate with building security.
  • Answer and route calls professionally.
  • Provide administrative support as required.
