About The Position
This position supports military treatment facilities (MTFs) by providing non-clinical support for TRICARE beneficiaries, assisting with patient referrals and authorizations, and facilitating communication between MTF staff and TriWest departments. The role involves outreach to network providers, conducting TRICARE educational briefings, and supporting contingency exercises. The incumbent will report to the MVS Regional Director and may require travel to multiple MTFs or regional hubs.
