About The Position

In this role, you will provide expert on-site and remote support for advanced lighting and control systems, ensuring smooth installation, operation, and troubleshooting. You’ll serve as a trusted technical resource for clients and internal teams, offering hands-on guidance and training to drive successful outcomes. Your work will involve collaborating with engineers, contractors, and distributors, delivering excellent customer service, and solving complex field issues.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Engineering or graduation from a technical trade school.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in field service or technical support (2–4 years preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to support diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and general computer operations.
  • Working knowledge of wired and wireless lighting control systems, networking, and electrical wiring.
  • Solid troubleshooting skills in electrical and electronic systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across different environments.

Responsibilities

  • Perform on-site system startups, testing, troubleshooting, and end-user training for lighting and control systems.
  • Provide remote technical assistance to internal and external stakeholders, including agents, distributors, electrical contractors, and customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and support teams to resolve field issues efficiently.
  • Document service activities and communicate progress to relevant stakeholders.
