About The Position

The Field Support Representative (FSR) for F-35 Support Equipment at Lockheed Martin provides essential technical guidance and logistics support for a variety of F-35 Ground Support Equipment (GSE) at Luke AFB, AZ. This role involves advising military personnel and technicians on equipment installation, configuration, and troubleshooting, ensuring operational readiness and reliability of the equipment. The FSR will work closely with various stakeholders to resolve technical issues and enhance equipment utility, while also being prepared for potential deployment with the customer during military operations.

Requirements

• Aerospace Ground Support Equipment (GSE) maintenance experience or related experience.
• Proficient in industry standard maintenance practices.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Experience using engineering drawings and technical data.
• Ability to work in a hazardous flight line environment.
• Capable of frequently lifting and/or pushing equipment over 50lbs.
• Knowledge of industrial and aircraft maintenance safety standards.
• Must have final Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and logistics support for F-35 Ground Support Equipment (GSE).
• Advise military personnel and technicians on installation, adaptation, and configuration of technical products.
• Resolve technical problems and troubleshoot products to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct equipment familiarization for customers on the F-35 SE product line.
• Use engineering data to determine correct equipment configuration and identify design deficiencies.
• Consult with equipment managers and engineers to resolve customer equipment issues.
• Collect and submit GSE readiness status and identify reliability issues affecting readiness trends.
