About The Position

We build some of the most innovative products in the veterinary diagnostic industry, each of which helps keep our pets happy and healthy. The veterinarians that use these tools rely on Field Support Representatives (FSR) to teach them how to make the best use of these machines and to troubleshoot if there are technical issues. Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years veterinary clinic experience.
  • Training and/or leadership background strongly preferred.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with customers, management, and peers.
  • Strong customer and peer partnership skills.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize work in a dynamic environment.
  • Effective listening skills to discover customer needs.
  • Comfortable learning and using technology such as computers, tablets, and smartphones.
  • Computer networking experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Field Sales Representatives and Customer Support to develop strategies to maintain Customer Accounts through education and customer-centric solutions.
  • Install and train clinic staff on the best way to use IDEXX Analyzers (ProCyte, Catalyst One, SediVue).
  • Assist with critical customer need visits, providing onsite technical support.
  • Visit customers in the field every day, adjusting schedule as needed for customer events and emergency practices.
  • Manage schedule based on unique attributes and needs of customers while focusing on professional development.
