About The Position

They operate nationwide and are experiencing rapid growth, combining logistics, technology, and hospitality. Valet Trash by Fetch is seeking a Part-Time Field Support Associate to provide hands-on, non-supervisory field support for communities utilizing their Valet Trash Service. This role supports contractor-based operations, focusing on audits, inventory needs, verification tasks, and short-term field assistance during high-volume or disruption periods. It is an ideal opportunity for someone seeking practical, hands-on part-time work who is comfortable with local travel, working independently, and providing operational help as needed.

Requirements

Willingness to drive and perform hands-on, physical field work within a metro area.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to document observations accurately.
Reliable open bed pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer, is REQUIRED.
Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
Basic proficiency with smartphones and mobile applications.
Ability to lift and handle up to 50–70 lbs as required.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

Conduct field audits to verify service quality, safety compliance, and site conditions.
Perform inventory-related tasks, including: Equipment condition checks, Inventory replenishment, Lockbox and fob replacement, Coordination of minor equipment repair.
Provide compactor and dumpster assistance when access, overflow, or blockage issues occur.
Support service verification efforts, including observational evaluation of contractor performance.
Assist with temporary service window coverage or on-site operational support during high-demand events.
Document findings clearly and submit reports to Valet Trash Operations.
