About The Position

This position will be assisting both operations and finance on the office coffee side of the business in the sense that you will be responsible for: Setting up new customer accounts in our billing system. Assisting customers with questions about their invoices or deliveries and working with operations on how to address the issues. Making sure credit cards on file get charged on a regular basis, which helps the finance collections team. Making sure that invoices are reviewed daily and sent out on a regular basis either by email or physical copies, which helps the finance collections team. Keeping system up to date when it comes to equipment which affects rental billing. Assist operations in placing fresh food orders for office coffee clients. Manually key orders when necessary. Complete price book increases that happen 1-2x a year. Assist in other ad hoc duties that arise. Must be able to multi-task, meet deadlines, take initiative, problem solve, and be able to communicate with clients both on the phone and through email.

  • Assists financial department with various administrative tasks
  • Process A/R Invoices-Previous collection experience preferred
  • Investigate and resolve cash overage/shortage variances and warehouse discrepancies
  • Assist with data entry, documentation, and audit preparation
