About The Position

The Otis North American Field Supply Chain organization is on the lookout for a dedicated and dynamic professional to join the Field Requisitioning System team. The FRS Senior Analyst plays a critical role in supporting Field Operations and Supply Chain by ensuring timely, accurate and efficient requisitioning of materials and services. This role serves as a key point of contact for urgent field inquiries, providing high-quality helpdesk support while driving accountability, accuracy and continuous improvement opportunities. In this role you will also provide sourcing support, identifying optimal sources and supporting category management strategies. The ideal candidate combines strong customer service skills with analytical rigor, sourcing expertise, and excellent written and verbal communication. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Conduct RFP/RFQ exercises on behalf of commodity managers for catalog creation supporting category management strategies. Lead monthly part reviews to ensure accurate supplier cataloging and maintain data integrity across sourcing systems. Drive catalog strategy by collaborating with Category Managers on an MOU campaign, maintaining pricing accuracy, and identifying new catalog opportunities. Support achievement of the organizational goal of 40% cataloged spend, including monitoring OSC catalog performance. Resolve field catalog pricing inquiries and partner with Category Managers to implement corrections. Design, build, and maintain a comprehensive FRS KPI dashboard to improve visibility into operational performance and savings. Manage and report daily and weekly FRS KPIs, providing actionable insights to stakeholders. Track, monitor, and communicate FRS savings performance, including preparation of PSR reporting; contribute to FRS savings annual target via catalog negotiations. Conduct rogue spend reviews, perform daily outreach to non-compliant users, and drive corrective actions to align purchasing behavior with policy. Collect and validate PNs from rogue transactions, partnering with users to correct entries and reduce future errors. Develop change management and training materials to support incremental technical deployments within FRS and related systems. Create standardized FRS training modules in Workday to support onboarding of new users. Establish and maintain new user access processes for FRS, ensuring smooth and consistent onboarding workflows. Document standard operating procedures for all non‑catalog team processes, including detailed step‑by-step instructions across three teams. Serve as a frontline helpdesk resource during new technology rollouts, addressing field questions and resolving user issues. Create and distribute a monthly FRS update to the business, including FAQs, tips & tricks, and key program reminders Partner with Communications to develop and publish FRS content for Otis.com ahead of OSC/P3 go‑live. Analyze trends in helpdesk inquiries, requisition errors and sourcing challenges to recommend process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance or Engineering
  • 5-7 years of experience in a supply chain or other business function
  • Strategic planning mindset, coupled with analytical and tactical skills.
  • Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
