  • Conduct periodic and unannounced visits to multiple operational Dunbar Guard sites during respective tour of duty.
  • Ensure all guards are in proper uniform, all posts are manned and being guarded in accordance with existing post orders and Dunbar rules, regulations and policies.
  • Ensure compliant staffing, guard training, and managing uniform inventory and controls.
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service to all internal and external customers.
  • Prepare accurate and thorough reports of daily activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, conflict encounters or unusual occurrences.
  • Receive call offs and review work schedules to identify a replacement for that assignment while attempting to keep overtime at a minimum.
  • Comply with all state licensure and certification requirements as well as company standards related to the operation of vehicles, performing guard functions, and in the carry and use of firearms.
  • Document any unusual occurrences or violations of Dunbar rules, regulations, or policies and initiate appropriate action.
  • Pick-up and delivery of any documents or other materials which must be delivered to or retrieved from a Dunbar site.
  • Perform administrative duties required for maintaining proper documentation of field and command staff.
  • Maintain cleanliness and neatness of Commander's office.
  • Other duties as required.
  • High school diploma/GED required.
  • Must have 12 months of security operations supervisory experience.
  • Must possess a valid unrestricted state driver's license within the jurisdiction in which the company operates and maintain current license with a good driving record.
  • Must have knowledge and application of general safety and legal standard associated with protection of people and facilities, and skill with use of firearms.
  • Must have strong communication skills and be able to communicate with customers and communicate with base location via phone and/or two-way radio.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Be self-motivated and work without direct supervision.
  • Experience with working in an essential service environment is a plus.
  • Be available to work various shifts as required and assigned.
  • Excellent integrity and demonstrate good moral character and initiative.
  • Ability to function well in a team environment.
  • Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times.
