About The Position

The Field Supervisor at Allied Universal® plays a crucial role in overseeing security operations for remotely managed accounts. This position involves on-site supervision of Security Professionals, ensuring site coverage, and maintaining high standards of service delivery. The Field Supervisor collaborates closely with Operations Managers to address daily operational issues and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License with at least one year of driving experience and no major violations in the last 36 months.
• Minimum of three years of professional protective service experience.
• Ability to write effective and concise reports.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact successfully at all organizational levels.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in scheduling, operations management, or leadership functions in the security industry.
• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or military.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned post locations regularly to monitor performance and address operational issues.
• Conduct on-the-job training for new employees and review post orders and responsibilities.
• Respond to call-offs during shifts and assist with scheduling replacements.
• Identify personnel problems at posts and report them to the Operations Manager or HR.
• Administer counseling or disciplinary actions as directed by management.
• Distribute information to posts and ensure proper communication with Security Officers.
• Respond to client or site emergencies as they arise.
