Since 1977, we have been growing into the premier residential remodeling company in South Central Wisconsin and we are seeking a talented Project Manager to join our passionate team and contribute to our continued success. The Field Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of residential remodeling projects. This includes professional customer interactions and leadership for onsite staff.

  • Prepare, attend and participate in the internal final handoff meeting with the Project Manager to review the plan, scope and schedule.
  • Assemble a 3-ring Job Binder for important details on each job.
  • Attend onsite meeting with the homeowner and Project Manager prior to job starting.
  • Meet onsite with your Lead Carpenter before demo work starts. Review the scope of work, plans and schedule. Highlight any key areas or items to your team that will impact the job flow. Identify any materials that will be saved.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure quality of work and customer satisfaction.
  • At each site visit, take multiple photos to track the job progress.
  • After each job site visit, update the job status and any schedule updates in NetSuite by entering a User Note. Document any key issues or significant updates in the User Note.
  • Communicate daily to carpenters where they will be working the following day. Stay in daily communication with homeowners during the construction process and update software.
  • Partner with vendors to order materials and arrange for scheduled delivery.
  • Ensure OSHA standards are being met and PPE is in place for staff.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 1 year project management experience required.
  • 3 years experience in residential remodeling preferred
  • Valid Wisconsin Driver's License is required with an excellent driving record is required
  • Experience in Microsoft Office, Excel and NetSuite, and Google Sheets or similar construction management software
