About The Position

The Field Service Supervisor is a result driven leader with strong supervisory skills and is a customer service-oriented team member who oversees filed operations and ensures exceptional service delivery. You are an integral part of the EnerStar Solutions guiding teams, maintain compliance, and fostering a culture of safety and productivity.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a related industry
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge of DOT rules and regulations
• Ability to perform under pressure and motivate others
• Commitment to safety and customer service excellence
• Clean driving record and willingness to travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team to ensure safety and productivity
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Communicate with Management team on a regular basis
• Communicate with EnerStar clients to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain DOT compliance on all EnerStar vehicles, CMV and Non CMV
• Ensure all tickets are signed prior to leaving location
• Ensure all team members are using proper PPE at all times
• Promote quality assurance to EnerStar clients
• Gain working knowledge of the company’s online systems to boost company structure and order. KPA, FieldCap, BambooHR, Geotab
• Provide support to the District Manager and serve as a back-up in job-related responsibilities
• Additional responsibilities: as identified and assigned
• Travel: The individual in this role should be able and willing to travel as required by EnerStar Solutions.
