About The Position

The Field Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of our 24/7 security services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality security solutions to our clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to lead and develop a diverse team in the field, optimize operational efficiency, and maintain employee satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in security leadership, quality assurance or a related field.
  • Highschool diploma or GED.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong understanding of security operations, including emergency response and incident management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of security technology and systems.
  • Indiana Conceal Carry or equivalent
  • Able to obtain any & all security certifications/licenses
  • Prior Military Preferred
  • Prior Certified Law Enforcement Officer Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Exercise independent judgement and discretion to lead and manage a team of security personnel, including site supervisors and officers.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and professional development.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback.
  • Inspect all sites utilizing our Officer Reports Management Software.
  • On call 5 days week.
  • Ensure Officers have their Security license on hand, post orders are up to date and the working area is safe and clean.
  • Ensure Officers are in full uniform and meeting SEI and clients standards and policies.
  • Inspect and review Officers security reports while on duty and ensure they are utilizing our Officer Reports Management Software.
  • When officers have concerns, complaints, etc., schedule a time for them to go to the officer to speak with the leadership team.
  • Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with all Officers.
  • Promote Security Engineers open door policy, welcoming and safety culture.
  • Train new hires onsite when needed.
  • Work post when needed.
  • Respond to emergencies
  • Ensure all Officers are utilizing our clock in/out system.
