About The Position

Field Supervisor - Fairfax Transdev in Fairfax County is hiring a Field Supervisor. The Field Supervisor oversees day-to-day field operations. We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety. Transdev is proud to offer: CBA Position: Position Subject to Collective Bargaining Agreement: Starting pay $26.15 /hr Benefits include: Vacation : applicable after 1 year of service Paid Sick Leave: 5 days effective July 1, 2026. Requirements

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent
• Ability to secure a Class B CDL with a P endorsement.
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.
• DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
• Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
• Be eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future (if based in the U.S.).

Nice To Haves

• Preferred minimum of 2 years of relevant leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Manage Operators scheduling & staffing of routes.
• Provide leadership to build and maintain a strong team through effective communication, appraisal, training, and coaching.
• Perform Operator safety evaluation ride checks, investigate and respond to situations, resolve operational issues.
• Read maps, interpret transit operating rules and policies.
• Other duties as required.
