Support escalated customer issues. Maintain accurate records, reports and performance data. Understand and enforce policies, OSHA standards, Utility Program requirement and safety protocols. 25% Develop training manuals and train staff based upon reviewing quality of work. 15% Provide input and status updates to program staff. Oversee budget. Coordinates with training on certifications for employees based upon program guidelines. 15% Travel throughout a defined territory. Act as local on-site program and company representative to customers and contractors; to encourage participation in the program and overcome barriers. 5% Misc. Education and Experience: 5-8 years relevant industry technical certification/training required. Strong understanding of energy efficiency measures, weatherization, HVAC basics, & building science principals. Experience supervising field teams (technicians, auditors, assessors, crew leads) Ability to solve technical issues in the field with minimal supervision Clear verbal and written communication with team members, clients and managers High School or Associate's degree Preference for a candidate to be BPI Certified Compensation Range $68,300.00 - $102,500.00 Currency USD Type Salary Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example. Requirements

  • 5-8 years relevant industry technical certification/training required.
  • Strong understanding of energy efficiency measures, weatherization, HVAC basics, & building science principals.
