About The Position

Requirements
- Prior experience in the roofing industry
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials and installation techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- OSHA certification is a plus
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of roofing crews
- Ensure the quality and timely completion of roofing projects
- Inspect work progress and perform quality checks
- Address any issues or concerns raised by customers or crew members
- Maintain accurate records of materials used, labor hours, and project expenses
- Collaborate with sales and production teams to meet project deadlines
- Train and mentor new employees
