Field Supervisor
About The Position
We are seeking a driven, hands-on Field Supervisor to join the Blue Streak team. In this leadership role, you will oversee daily field operations and ensure production and quality remain best in class. Responsibilities include managing job schedules, assigning and supervising crews, performing routine quality control inspections, verifying permit applications, reviewing daily reports and prints, and overseeing fleet maintenance and warehouse inventory. You will serve as a key point of contact for customers, city officials, and the public while maintaining high professional standards. You will be responsible for inspecting and approving projects from start to finish, ensuring established E.C.D. timelines are met and weekly revenue targets are achieved. Upon completion, you will ensure all documentation is finalized and submitted for customer billing. We are looking for a strong leader who is organized, accountable, and committed to delivering results.
