About The Position

We are currently looking for a Field Supervisor that has experience leading a team at our Norfolk location due to rapid growth in the Hampton Roads Market. This position entails receiving instructions from the Project Manager and determining the supplies needed for the job. Then supervising the assigned crew while communicating expectations effectively with the team on the assigned job. The ability to accurately record and document the status of the job daily is a must. Requirements

Must have a Clean Driving Record and a Valid Driver’s License
Must be able to Pass a Drug Test
Must be able to Pass a Background Check (7 Years)
Must be willing to Show up Daily and Work as a Part of our High Performing Team
Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs
