About The Position
As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising field operations and personnel to ensure customer expectations for product, operations, delivery, installation and pick-up are met or exceeded. Duties include:
Responsibilities
- Plans and schedules daily work for field crews including location of work, individual duties, equipment to be used and time required for the job.
- Evaluates jobs assigned by the Branch Foreman to determine the equipment and labor requirements and develops a work plan to eliminate unnecessary labor and equipment usage.
- Maintains safe, neat and efficient operating conditions, throughout areas of responsibility.
- Verify and authorize hours worked by each crew member.
- Keeps and provides all written reports and records required by management on a timely basis.
- Conducts required safety meetings.
- Follows all company safety policies and wears personal protective gear as required.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
