LPS Services is looking to add strong members to our in-field supervisory team. We will provide training to the right individual(s) that display leadership skills and strong attention to detail. The right candidate will be a self-starter, have the ability to multi-task, be extremely versatile and has the ability to take direction easily. Expectations/Responsibilities of Field Supervisors: Enforce all proper paperwork/iPad/computer procedures and policy compliance. Ensure that proper reporting procedures are followed. Attend trainings, meetings and requested activities for self-improvement. Address any matters during your workday as deemed necessary for operations or as requested by upper management. Daily correspondence of activities and reporting with ops managers. Ensure that you are acting as a supervisor, including consideration of all words that may be spoken, how you treat others, keeping up with the confidentiality of company business just to name a few instances. Work together as a team with other supervisors and upper management. Encourage growth and advancement, as well as positive behaviors out in the field. Delivery and documentation of uniforms/sse items/ company equipment etc. BE TECH SAVY
