Equal Opportunity Employer – M/F/D/V Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Field Supervisor to support our field operations across multiple client sites. This mobile role involves conducting on-site inspections, enforcing uniform standards, delivering uniforms and supplies, addressing staffing needs, and upholding MFort’s performance and compliance standards. The ideal candidate will be experienced in field supervision, have strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrate professionalism while working with site teams and clients.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 20 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must have a valid Illinois PERC card and 20-hour security training certificate (or ability to obtain)
  • Minimum 2 years of residential concierge or front desk leadership experience
  • Ability to work independently and respond quickly to staffing or client needs
  • Must pass and MVR and have a valid drivers license
  • Ability to travel to multiple sites daily throughout the Chicago area
  • Must pass a drug screening and background check
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Must have open availability, including holidays and weekends

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with company policies and client expectations
  • Perform uniform and appearance inspections of officers on duty
  • Fill in open shifts as needed to maintain adequate site coverage
  • Deliver uniforms, equipment, and other materials to officers at various locations
  • Write detailed incident and compliance reports following visits or incidents
  • Provide coaching, counseling, and minor disciplinary actions in coordination with HR
  • Serve as a liaison between field officers, clients, and management
  • Support front desk operations, including training or stepping in during staff shortages
  • Maintain accurate records of visits, officer feedback, and corrective actions
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record (MVR required)
