About The Position

Phoenix Home Care has an IMMEDIATE OPENING for a Field Supervisor in the Branson, MO area! We're looking for a compassionate, organized, and people-focused leader to join our team as an In-Home Field Supervisor. In this role, you'll mentor caregivers, ensure top-quality client care, and build meaningful relationships with the people we serve.

Requirements

• 18+ years old
• High school diploma or equivalent (CNA preferred)
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance
• 1-2 years caregiving experience
• Able to pass background check & drug screen

Responsibilities

• Open new cases & complete paperwork
• Mentor and train field staff in client homes
• Conduct quality field visits
• Support the office team as needed
• Address and report any concerns in the field
