We are looking for a Field Supervisor to act as a liaison between Triage Partners and our telecommunications customer to ensure performance and productivity for our technicians in current and future markets. This includes planning, scheduling, budgeting, and overseeing the implementation of new technologies and field services. Specific responsibilities include: • Ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget • Evaluating customer satisfaction levels to ensure that customers are completely satisfied with the services being provided by the telecommunications company • Working with vendors to ensure that all equipment is compatible with existing systems and able to support new technology as needed • Managing and supervising teams of technicians, and other personnel involved in installation projects • Ensuring that all teams have the necessary tools and materials to complete their work tasks efficiently • Coordinating with outside contractors or consultants to ensure that all work is performed according to specifications • Monitoring project schedules, budgets, and staff activities to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget parameters • Coordinating with internal departments to ensure that projects meet company standards for design and functionality • Monitoring project costs to ensure that expenses are controlled within budget limits
