About The Position

The afterhours manager/supervisor is responsible for ensuring that productivity, quality, and efficiency standards are met during non-standard working hours. This role involves supervising staff, coordinating workflows, resolving operational issues, and reporting to upper management. The manager will play a crucial role in maintaining operational oversight, compliance with safety procedures, and continuous improvement of processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures.

• Track inventory, materials and job progress.
• Maintain accurate records of nightly performance.
• Respond quickly to operational issues or emergencies.
• Make data-driven decisions to improve processes.
• Coordinate with other departments as needed.
• Suggest improvements for workflow and efficiency.
• Lead or support special projects and change management efforts.
