The position of Field Supervisor involves supervising Field Operatives, reinforcing Safety and Quality Control, conducting Spot Audits, and assisting in the Customer Consultation process in remote locations without a local Service Manager or Branch Operations Manager. The role requires participation in safety-related investigations, providing technical support, mentorship, and direction to Field Operatives, and serving as Project Manager on larger projects.
