The Field Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and managing field activities, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. This role will involve overseeing job sites, managing resources, and maintaining effective communications with clients and management.

Requirements

5+ years’ experience in poly pipe, liner, and secondary containment industry in a supervisory capacity
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong understanding of field operations, equipment, and safety protocols
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Solid knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Proficiency in project planning, execution, and resource management
Familiarity with equipment maintenance and inspection procedures

Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate field operations for water treatment projects.
Ensure efficient deployment of personnel, equipment, and materials to job sites.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or delays, and take corrective actions as necessary to ensure timely completion.
Provide clear instructions, assign tasks, and delegate responsibilities to field technicians.
Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
Promote a culture of safety awareness and ensure compliance with industry safety standards and regulations.
Communicate regularly with clients to address inquiries, provide updates, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage the availability and maintenance of equipment, tools, and materials required for field operations.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely equipment mobilization, maintenance, and repairs.
Prepare progress reports, incident reports, daily job tickets, job close reports, and other required documentation.
Provide regular updates to management on project status, issues, and recommendations.
Propose and implement initiatives to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and reduce costs while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
