We’re seeking a highly skilled Solar Installation Field Supervisor to join our dynamic team. We are seeking an experienced Solar Installation Field Supervisor with a strong background in both residential and commercial solar projects. As the leader of our installation teams, you will play a critical role in fostering a positive, safe, and productive work environment. Your leadership will ensure that all team members adhere to safety protocols, company standards, and best practices for a seamless experience on-site. In this key role, you will oversee daily workflow operations, manage the efficiency of installations, safety, and maintain high-quality standards across all projects. The Solar Installation Field Supervisor will also be responsible for providing daily progress reports to the operations team, ensuring smooth communication and alignment across all departments. This position is essential to maintaining the high standards of performance, safety, and customer satisfaction that Sol-Up is known for.
