Field Manager Job Description Reports directly to the Account Manager Oversee management at accounts in assigned area, support achievement of the annual corporate profit goal, meet and exceed area's annual revenue & profit goal, achieve account retention, establish long term relationships with the customers, recruit, manage and maintain a safe work environment. Provide a professional first impression to all customers. Ensure compliance with contract specifications. Respond to customer requests and complaints. P & L responsibility. Ability to handle multiple priorities, build, manage and lead a high performance team. Ability to track, order and manage payroll, recruiting, and manage inspections.
