About The Position
Aftermath Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Field Supervisor to join our team in Bow, NH. This full-time position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping families during times of tragedy and enjoy working in a hands-on environment. As a Field Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing various bioremediation projects, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service. This position offers a unique opportunity to expand your leadership capabilities in a dynamic and impactful setting. While prior experience in mitigation, remediation, restoration, or similar industries is beneficial, it is not a strict requirement as Aftermath Services provides comprehensive training and certification on OSHA safety, IICRC compliance, bioremediation, and customer service. In this role, you will actively assist our team in delivering high-quality bioremediation services, supervise the successful completion of jobs, and manage project scopes. You will be responsible for effectively communicating with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the biohazard remediation process. The position requires agility and flexibility, as you will be working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will also be expected to respond to dispatch calls promptly and handle physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50lbs.
