ServiceMaster BioClean is currently hiring a Field Supervisor for our Denver, CO shop. This role is key for those looking to expand their leadership capabilities in a dynamic and impactful environment. While prior experience in mitigation, remediation, restoration, and comparable industries are a plus, it is not required. ServiceMaster BioClean provides comprehensive training and certification on OSHA safety and IICRC compliance, bioremediation, and customer service.

  • Actively assist our team in various bioremediation to provide our clients an exceptional level of service.
  • Supervise the successful completion of jobs that you participate in.
  • Accurately estimate, recommend, and advise on project scopes, manage cleanups, and handle necessary paperwork.
  • Responsible for effectively communicating and selling a tailored scope of work based on a thorough understanding of the client's needs.
  • Lead on-site customer interactions with empathy and professionalism, providing high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the biohazard remediation process.
  • Onsite supervision and participation in various biohazard remediation projects.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
  • Must reside locally and be able to respond to the shop within one hour of receiving a service call.
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in biohazard remediation, construction, demolition, restoration, or a related field.
  • Must have demonstrated leadership experience, preferably in a technical or field service environment.
  • Must possess strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have completed ServiceMaster BioClean's Field Learning Path within 30 days of start, and Supervisor Learning Path within 90 days of start.
  • IICRC S540 certification or equivalent in biohazard remediation.
  • XActimate experience.
  • Proven experience in leading teams in restoration, mitigation, remediation or construction.
  • Customer service experience and military personnel are highly valued.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a track record of successful community engagement and outreach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and relevant software.
