The Field Supervisor for Biohazard Mitigation at Aftermath Services is a key role focused on leading and supervising biohazard remediation projects. The supervisor will actively participate in various bioremediation tasks while ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.   • Assist the team in various bioremediation tasks to provide exceptional service to clients.
  • Supervise the successful completion of jobs, serving in a supervisory capacity for the project as a whole.
  • Estimate, recommend, and advise on project scopes, manage cleanups, and handle necessary paperwork.
  • Communicate and sell a tailored scope of work based on a thorough understanding of the client's needs, obtaining sign-off to initiate work.
  • Lead on-site customer interactions with empathy and professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the biohazard remediation process.
  • Participate in various biohazard remediation projects while supervising on-site activities.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in biohazard remediation, construction, demolition, restoration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a technical or field service environment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Completion of Aftermath's Field Learning Path within 30 days of start, and Supervisor Learning Path within 90 days of start.
  • IICRC S540 certification or equivalent in biohazard remediation.
  • Experience with XActimate.
  • Proven experience in leading teams in restoration, mitigation, remediation, or construction.
  • Customer service experience, particularly from military personnel.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a track record of successful community engagement and outreach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and relevant software.
