As a Field Supervisor, you will actively assist our team in various bioremediation tasks to provide our clients with an exceptional level of service. You will supervise the successful completion of jobs that you participate in, although this role does not have direct reports, it serves in a supervisory capacity regarding the project as a whole. You will be responsible for accurately estimating, recommending, and advising on project scopes, managing cleanups, and handling necessary paperwork. Effective communication and selling a tailored scope of work based on a thorough understanding of the client's needs will be essential, as well as obtaining sign-off to initiate work. Leading on-site customer interactions with empathy and professionalism is key to ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the biohazard remediation process. Aftermath Services provides comprehensive training and certification on OSHA safety and IICRC compliance, bioremediation, and customer service. This role is ideal for individuals who are hardworking, compassionate, and have a strong desire to help families in need. While prior experience in mitigation, remediation, restoration, and comparable industries is a plus, it is not required. Working conditions require the ability to respond to the dispatch office within one hour of receiving a call, lift up to 50lbs, and handle physically demanding tasks. Occasional overnight travel may be required, with accommodations provided by the company. You will be expected to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
