Aftermath Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Field Supervisor to join our team in Los Angeles (Rancho Cucamonga). The Field Supervisor will play a key role in assisting our team with various bioremediation tasks, ensuring that we provide exceptional service to our clients during their most challenging times. The ideal candidate will be someone who is not only hardworking but also possesses a strong desire to help families in need. While prior experience in mitigation, remediation, restoration, or related fields is beneficial, it is not a strict requirement as Aftermath Services offers comprehensive training and certification on OSHA safety, IICRC compliance, bioremediation, and customer service. In this role, you will actively supervise the successful completion of jobs, manage cleanups, and handle necessary paperwork. You will be responsible for accurately estimating project scopes and effectively communicating with clients to ensure their needs are met. Leading on-site customer interactions with empathy and professionalism is essential, as is providing high-quality service throughout the biohazard remediation process. The position requires agility and flexibility, as the work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with occasional overnight travel required. You will also need to respond to dispatch calls within one hour, making local residency a requirement.
