Requirements

• Solid knowledge and understanding of oil field and Surface FTS and Flow testing.
• Minimum 5 years SW and FER experience.
• 3 or more years preferred in a supervisory role.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize and meet each project deadline.
• Possess a valid driver license with acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Able to work a flexible and lengthy schedule.
• Able to work proficiently in all weather conditions.
• Expert knowledge of all FTS and Flow testing, principles and processes.
• High pressure and sour wells, company policies and procedures, Incident Management, all local and federal laws as they relate to the SW and FER Operations.

Responsibilities

• Direct communication with company man and consultants.
• Perform pre-job analysis and develop appropriate plan of action.
• Mentor and train personnel.
• Perform regular field audits.
• Conduct assessments of field staff as needed and review with training manager.
• Make onsite personnel and equipment related decisions as required.
• Identify and resolve client needs.
• Identify safety issues, make recommendations to Service Manager, Operations Manager and HSE and perform necessary follow up.
• Direct and oversee Service Technician daily work activities.
