The Construction Field Superintendent plays a critical role in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of jobsite construction and installation. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and shop drawings and be committed to growing into a well-rounded field leader within our organization.

  • Lead and manage field crews to ensure high-quality, efficient execution of work
  • Supervise on-site construction in accordance with contract documents and SEAS shop drawings
  • Troubleshoot and resolve in-field issues in collaboration with Project Managers (PMs) and General Contractors (GCs)
  • Coordinate and execute daily jobsite tasks, ensuring timelines and standards are met
  • Support installation teams in resolving field issues related to panel fabrication
  • Oversee quality control procedures to ensure work meets SEAS standards
  • Assist in manpower scheduling and logistics to support field operations
  • Perform field dimensioning of panels as directed by Cardinal or SEAS PMs
  • Serve as a key point of contact between field teams and internal PM/engineering teams
  • Facilitate jobsite logistics, including coordination and hauling of materials when needed
  • Conduct takeoffs for hardware and construction materials as necessary
  • Maintain excellent relationships with owners, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Collaborate closely with other Superintendents, Project Managers, and Engineers to ensure project success
  • Purchase select materials and rental equipment responsibly, adhering to budget guidelines
  • Ensure accurate delivery and installation of fabricated products on-site
  • Develop a deep understanding of all products and manufacturers represented by SEAS
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and shop drawings
  • Experience in construction field leadership
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve in-field issues
  • Strong communication skills for coordination with various teams
  • Understanding of quality control procedures in construction
  • Experience with SEAS product lines and manufacturers
  • Background in project management or engineering
