Field Superintendent – Roofing (Arlington Heights, IL) Must live within 25 miles of Arlington Heights, IL $75K Base + $22K Bonus (OTE ~$97K) Field-Based | Full-Time | W2 Lead Roofing Projects. Own the Field. Get Paid for Performance. M&M Home Remodeling is hiring a Field Superintendent to run roofing and exterior projects in the Arlington Heights market. This is a high-visibility leadership role due to growth and internal promotions-you'll directly impact production, quality, and customer experience. If you've led crews, held teams accountable, and know roofing systems inside and out, this is your next step. Why This Role Stands Out $75K salary + up to $22K in bonuses (monthly + quarterly payouts) Clear path to Lead Superintendent Stable pipeline of residential projects (no chasing work) High ownership – you run the field, not sit behind a desk Performance-driven culture (metrics that actually make sense) What You'll Do Run the Job Sites Inspect roofing & exterior projects for quality + code compliance Perform water testing, leak diagnostics, and final inspections Document progress with photos + notes Lead Crews & Production Manage install crews + project timelines Keep jobs on schedule and on budget Hold teams accountable to workmanship standards Drive Results Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction Identify issues early and fix them fast Ensure clean, complete, and accurate job closeouts What You Need 3+ years in roofing or exterior construction (REQUIRED) Experience leading crews in the field Strong knowledge of roofing systems + install practices Ability to climb roofs, ladders, and inspect attics Valid driver's license Spanish is a plus Physical Requirements Lift up to 80 lbs Work outdoors in all weather Walk roofs (up to 2.5 stories) About M&M Home Remodeling M&M is a top residential exterior remodeling company serving Chicagoland for 50+ years.
