About The Position

Praetorian Power Protection, the leader in NETA testing and staff augmentation to the mission critical industry, is partnering with a top ENR General Contractor in the Indianapolis metro. They are looking for a seasoned Superintendent to lead on-site coordination for large institutional projects. In this role, you will be the boots-on-the-ground leader ensuring excellence from start-up to punch-out, utilizing our clients best practices to deliver high-quality results for our clients. What You’ll Do: Lead with Safety: Coach subcontractors on safe construction practices and maintain a culture of excellence. Drive the Schedule: Establish the critical path for vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery. Ensure Quality: Manage quality control and resolve subcontractor deficiencies immediately. Collaborate: Partner with design teams and owners to solve unforeseen site challenges and review technical submittals. Manage Operations: Provide daily progress reports and weekly schedule updates using tools like Procore and MS Project.

Requirements

• Experience: 10+ years in construction with at least 5 years in a supervisory capacity. Must have experience with large municipal or institutional projects
• Expertise: Deep understanding of subcontractor sequencing, ASI’s, RFI’s, and CMAR/Design-Build delivery methods.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Procore.
• Credentials: OSHA 30 certification and a valid Driver’s License are required.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel within the state of Indiana.
