What You’ll Do As a Field Success Manager, you’ll be a catalyst for action in the field. You’ll partner with the Field Success Director to drive behavior aligned with company priorities and help demonstrators embrace change with confidence. You will: Exemplify Stampin’ Up!’s core values: we care about people first, we act with courage, we better our best, and we own it. Drive field behavior based on identified focus areas and strategic initiatives. Mobilize the field to action around offerings, programs, and growth opportunities. Advocate for company direction and objectives while helping the field overcome obstacles to business growth. Organize and deliver training content (sales, recruiting, retention, leadership, customer-finding) both virtually and in person. Model business-building behaviors that inspire others to move. Develop a deep understanding of the Stampin’ Up! Compensation Plan and direct sales model. Support and administer select programs and curriculum in local language and culture when needed. Plan and execute in-person gatherings of varying sizes. Travel as required and flex working hours when supporting international markets. This role is about influencing others to achieve worthwhile accomplishments not through pressure, but through clarity, credibility, and connection. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, psychology, communication, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience influencing and motivating others to take action (preferably in a sales or direct sales environment)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (English + additional market language if applicable)
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to plan and execute in-person events
  • Willingness to travel and flex schedule as needed
