The Field Specialist role is crucial for post-installation support, managing service calls, performing repairs, and handling material logistics. The role involves coordinating service appointments, managing materials, performing various repairs (roofing, siding, windows, gutters, doors, decking), communicating with homeowners, ensuring compliance and safety, and maintaining detailed records.

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction, remodeling, or related field
• Familiarity with one or more of the following: roofing, siding, windows, gutters, decking and doors
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to operate power tools, hand tools, and delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
• Clear, professional communication with both customers and team members
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and carry materials and tools up to 75 lbs

Responsibilities

• Review and prioritize service calls using appropriate CRM/Project Management Program
• Communicate appointment details and schedule changes with homeowners as needed
• Assess on-site issues and determine the best course of action for resolution
• Pick up and deliver materials required for service jobs efficiently
• Remove excess materials and debris from service sites
• Perform small to midsize repairs involving roofing, siding, windows, gutters, doors and decking
• Follow proper installation and repair procedures to ensure lasting quality
• Clearly explain scope of work, timelines, and any costs to homeowners as needed
• Provide excellent service and encourage positive reviews upon completion
• Follow all safety protocols during job site visits and while transporting
• Document service details, photos, and notes in appropriate database
• Adapt to evolving responsibilities in alignment with business needs
